Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over R849.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under R849, a flat rate of R60 will apply.
    Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link with real-time delivery updates.

Fast and Reliable Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 1–3 business days, provided the order is placed and processed by 12:00 PM on the same day.
All deliveries are managed by our trusted logistics partner, Dawn Wing, ensuring speed and reliability.

Shipping & Processing Standards

To guarantee top-level service, we follow Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures for order handling:

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are usually sent to the warehouse and dispatched the same day.

  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are sent to the warehouse on the next business day, and typically shipped that same day.

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of processing, if it falls on a business day.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or at the start/end of the month may experience minor delays due to increased volume.
